My chances of selection improved

I had thought even this year i will not get an appraisal in the office. I was very sad at the thought of this. I wanted to get the promotion so bad that i started preparing for the GIAC GWEB certification exam to get an edge against other candidates. For my help, GIAC Certified Web Application Defender premium simulated questions came to my rescue and this was very helpful for me to perform my best in the actual exam.
